1.5 cups of thawed Cool Whip Whipped Topping
1 (3oz.) package of Softened Cream Cheese
1 (8oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
-CUT cookies in half horizontally: set aside
-BEAT whipped topping and cream cheese in a small bowl
with electric mixer @ medium speed 1 minute or until blended.
-Gently stir in pineapple.
-Spoon 1 tbsp. of pineapple mixture onto bottom half of
each cookie: cover with top half of cookie. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Makes 10 servings. About 2 cream puffs each.
