Christmas	Artichoke Dip

by R.G. (New Jersey)

Ingredients

1 box of frozen artichokes (Thawed & Chopped)
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 to 2 cloves garlic - chopped
1 tsp. Fresh Lemon juice
1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese

Place all ingredients into Food Processor.

Pulse several times until mixture appears smooth.

Grease a small casserole dish and add mixture.

Bake @ 350 degrees for about 20 minutes.

Serve warm with Crackers
