Christmas Artichoke Dip

by Rich G. (New Jersey)

Ingredients

  • 1 box of frozen artichokes (Thawed & Chopped)
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 to 2 cloves garlic - chopped
  • 1 tsp. Fresh Lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese

Place all ingredients into Food Processor.

Pulse several times until mixture appears smooth.

Grease a small casserole dish and add mixture.

Bake @ 350 degrees for about 20 minutes.

Serve warm with Crackers
